乳腺癌患者术后生活质量影响因素及干预措施的研究进展

Research progress on the influence factors and interventions on the quality of life in patients with breast cancer

通过对近年来乳腺癌患者术后生活质量相关文献的回顾,系统地综述了乳腺癌患者术后生活质量的影响因素及干预措施。影响因素包括:经济状况、医疗付费方式、婚姻状况以及疾病方面的客观因素;癌症相关性疲劳;自我形象紊乱;情绪障碍的心理社会因素。干预措施包括:认知行为干预;有效的训练和其他康复疗法;社会与家庭支持。建议从护理管理角度对各种干预措施进行效果评价和可行性论证。

This paper reviewed the literatures and elaborated the influence factors of quality of life in patients with breast cancer, including demographic factor, economic status, payment for health care, marital status, disease related factors, cancer related fatigue, psychosoeial factors, such as self - image disorder and emotional disorders,as well as the interventions such as cognitive bellavioral intervention, training and other rehabilitation therapy, social and family support. It is suggested to further evaluate the effect and feasibility of various interventions from the view of ran＇sing management.
