摘要
目的了解护生对临床护理突发事件应急知识的掌握情况,为护理教育改革提供依据。方法采用自制问卷对我校2005级大专护生进行调查。结果护生普遍缺乏病房突发事件应急知识,经过培训后的观察组护生,在病房突发事件应急知识、病人突发危急病情应急知识的掌握和实习带教教师对护生综合应急能力的满意度方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强护生病房突发事件应急知识的教育和应急能力的培养非常必要。建议在专业课程的教学中,应适当增加课时,对护生进行针对性的应急知识教育和能力培养。
Objective To investigate the knowledge of emergency coping among nursing students and provide reference for nursing education reform. Method The associate degree nursing students in Class 2005 were investigated with a self- designed questionnaire. Results Most of the nursing students lacked the knowledge of emergency coping. Compared with the control group, the students who received training showed better mastery of emergency coping knowledge and got higher satisfaction level evaluated by the clinical teachers. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the training of emergency coping knowledge and the training abilities in nursing education. It is suggested to add the content of emergency coping skills and knowledge in nursing courses.
