静脉化疗会诊小组的实施方法与效果

目的保证患者静脉化疗的顺利实施。方法建立静脉化疗会诊小组,明确其职责和实施方法,确定最佳治疗方案及输液途径;对护士进行静脉化疗相关理论知识和技能培训,并建立质量监督机制;与药师合作加强用药过程监测及不良反应反馈管理。结果化疗性静脉炎的发生率明显下降,杜绝了化疗药物渗漏性损伤的发生,提高了患者的满意度(P<0.01)。结论静脉化疗会诊小组的建立与实施能有效保证患者静脉化疗方案安全、顺利地完成。

Objective To ensure the implement of intravenous chemotherapy. Methods The measures included establishing an intravenous chemotherapy consultation group, identifying the responsibilities and work flow, choosing optimal treatment plan and intravenous routes, providing theory and skills training related to intravenous chemotherapy, establishing quality control system, strengthening drug side effect monitoring and feedback system cooperated with the pharmacists. Results This practice reduced the rate of chemotherapy phlebitis, eliminated chemotherapy drug leakage injury and increased patients＇ satisfaction （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion The establishment of intravenous chemotherapy consultation group can effectively ensure the implementation of in- traveuous chemotherapy.
