舒适护理模式在老年患者结肠镜检查中的应用与体会

The practice and effect of comfort care model in elderly patients with colonoscopy

目的探讨在老年患者结肠镜检查中实施舒适护理的有效方法,全面提升内镜检查的护理质量。方法以萧氏舒适护理模式为框架,在结肠镜检查前给予患者心理、生理及社会方面的护理干预,检查中注重环境、体位、心理疏导、满足自尊及默契配合,检查后做好安抚和宣教工作。结果患者紧张、焦虑及恐惧程度较实施前明显改善(P<0.05);患者满意度和愿意接受结肠镜复查率明显提高。结论舒适护理模式在老年患者结肠镜检查中的应用,能使老年患者在心理上获得安全感,增强其信心,为检查的顺利进行创造了良好的条件。

Objective To explore the method and effect of comfort care in elderly patients with eolonoseopy and to improve the quality of nursing. Methods Based on comfort care model,the comprehensive nursing care in physiological,psychoiogicai and social aspects were provided for the elderly patients before colonoscopy, and focused on the environment, body position, psychological guidance, needs of self - respect and cooperation in the process of colonoscopy, as well as health education after the colonoscopy. Result This practice significantly relieved the patients＇ anxiety and fear （ P 〈 0.05 ） and increased the satisfaction and the review rate. Conclusion The application of comfort care model in elderly patients with colonoscopy can promote the patients＇ sense of security,enhance their confidence and ensure the implementation of colonoscopy.
