Assay of Zinc in Pharmaceutics by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry

建立了测定不同剂型锌制剂含量的原子吸收火焰光谱法。该方法简便、快速，各种剂型只需简单处理后即可直接测定。洗剂、搽剂及散剂回收率为９９１％，软膏剂、糊剂回收率为９８０％，滴眼剂回收率为１０１６％，片剂回收率为１００３％。该方法尤其适用于制剂半成品的快速检验。

A rapid and brief way of measuring the content of zinc pharmaceutics was established by using atomic absorption spectrum.Direct measurement can be done after simple disposal of different dosage forms.The recovery rates for lotin,liniment and powder are 991%;980% for paste and ointment;1016% for eye drops and 1003% for tablet.This way is especially suitable for the rapid examination of semi-finished pharmaceutics.
