摘要
本文认为,高新技术企业员工的忠诚度表现为具有学习型的潜质与毅力,维护企业形象,恪尽职守,积极参与管理,乐于为事业奉献等。文章提出,提高高新技术企业员工忠诚度,要做好员工招聘工作,鼓励员工参与管理决策,实行弹性工作制和双重职业身份,赋予工作挑战性,保持经常沟通,关心员工使之产生归属感,实施价值与公平兼顾的分配机制,为员工设计职业发展通道。
The author believes that the employees in the new- and high-technology enterprises have the characteristics of being professional, high quality, with social responsibility, and so on. And their loyalty is demonstrated as potential and persistence for learning, maintaining image and being loyal to the brand, loving their business and devoting themselves to their duties, and so on. To improve the employees" loyalty in the new- and high-technology enterprises, we should do a better job in recruiting, encouraging them to take part in management decision making, frequently communicating with them, providing them with more opportunities to develop, and so on.
