摘要
准时化生产体系下的人力资源管理具有与多工序生产、打破定员制度和特殊的劳动分配方式相适应的特征,本文通过日本丰田汽车生产工厂中生产线的实例,分析了在准时化生产体系下多工序生产如何实现人力资源管理的高效化,认为通过特殊的人力资源配置方式可以实现对不必要劳动时间和人力资源的压缩,说明了我国有必要从人力资源高效化的角度重新认识和实施准时化生产体系,并将多工序、非定员制管理等理念进一步引进到生产和相关方面中,从根本意义上引进准时化生产体系。
The author shows the way of proving the efficiency in the JIT production in Lean production. And try to transplant it to China. The JIT production system originally emerged in 1950s, and it is one of the most important parts of Toyota lean production. The basic principle for the JIT production system is to increase efficiency and decrease cost. In 1990s, the lean production was introduced into China's auto industry. But the JIT production system was not maximized at that time because of the lack of support of management. And the efficiency of human resources was not improved. So, we should fully understand and implement the JIT production system in terms of high efficient human resources.
