细纱车间生产信息管理系统的研究与实现

Research and implementation of the production information management system in spinning workshop

通过对细纱车间生产管理现状的研究,结合实际生产管理发展的需要研制了一种客户/服务器模式的细纱车间生产信息管理系统。分析了系统的主要设计目标以及开发过程中必须注重的几个关键要点,介绍了系统的主要功能、特点以及系统实现过程中遇到的技术难点。该系统实现了细纱车间从制订计划到生产过程控制和生产数据统计的网络化管理,促进了纺织企业生产信息化的发展。

The production management condition of spinning workshop is studied, a new production information management system based on C/S mode for spinning workshop is developed by combining with the demand in the real production management development. The main design targets and many key points that must be care in the developing processes of the system are analyzed, main functions, characteristics and technique difficulties that meet in the design process are introduced. The system realizes the network management from preparing production plan to production process control and to statistics of production data, and accelerates the development of production information in textile enterprises.
