摘要
从温度、时间、使用防沾色剂等多方面对粗纺羊绒夹道产品洗缩时浮色对浅色白底的沾污现象、异味产生的原因等进行了工艺原理探讨,最后总结出解决粗纺羊绒夹道产品洗缩时防止串色、去除异味的工艺方法,并将新、老工艺在耗水、助剂用量、污水排放、成本等方面进行了对比。结果显示:新工艺不仅提高了产品质量,而且降低了水的消耗,减少了污水排放,降低了生产成本,符合清洁生产的要求。
The paper analyzes the reasons of producing odor and soil pick-up in washing woollen crosscolour cashmere product. It summarizes a method of preventing stain and eliminating odor, compares the new method with old way in using water and auxiliaries, waste-water discharge and cost. The results show that the new method not only improves product quality, but also reduces using water, waste-water discharge and cost. It meets clean manufacture.
