绩效评估公平性对员工的企业态度和工作绩效的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本文以高新技术企业的技术人员为研究对象,探讨绩效评估公平性对员工的企业态度和工作绩效影响关系。通过对有关抽样数据研究分析,结果表明程序公平性与各种因变量显著相关,结果公平性对技术人员的绩效具有较强的正向影响,而交往公平性对主管信任感具有显著的正向影响;三类公平性均对组织承诺有正向影响,其中评估程序公平性影响最大。
