Perceived Justice:The Studies of Distributive Justice of Behavioral Economics

本文综述了近年来行为经济学对于分配正义问题的大量实证研究,以此为切入点,展示了行为经济学对于主流经济学的"经济人"假设的超越,分析了公平诉求的三个层次之间的关联,并对综合自利假设和分配正义的经济学理论进行了介绍和分析。本文认为,结合丰富的实证研究成果,回归亚当.斯密的社会理论,将是一个新的理论发展方向。

This paper reviews recent empirical studies of the just distribution problem. We divide distributive justice into three inter-linked levels, i.e., equality, need and equity, and analyze the relationship of them. Comparing with mainstream economics, we show that behavioral economies integrated self-serving assumptions and the just motivation more successfully. Combined with empirical researches, the return of Adam Smith＇ social theory would be a new theoretical direction.
