均匀设计优选舒胸片处方药材的微波辅助提取工艺的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究微波辅助提取舒胸片中阿魏酸和羟基红花黄色素A的优化工艺,并与传统工艺进行比较,确定微波用于舒胸片中川芎、红花辅助提取工艺的可行性。方法以阿魏酸、羟基红花黄色素A的提取率为指标,采用均匀设计优选微波辅助提取工艺,比较微波辅助与传统提取工艺的提取效果。结果微波功率、微波辐射时间、溶剂用量对阿魏酸和羟基红花黄色素A的提取有交互作用,优选出的川芎提取工艺为微波功率790W,提取时间30min,料液比为1∶24;红花提取工艺为微波功率790W,提取时间24min,料液比为1∶22。结论微波辅助提取时间短、有效成分提取率高,可用于舒胸片的提取工艺。 Objective To optimize the feasible technique on extracting ferulic acid and hydrosafflower yellow A from Shuxiong Tablets by microwave-assisted extraction and compare the extract yield with the conventional extraction. Methods Taking the extract yield of ferulic acid and hydrosafflower yellow A as indexes, microwave-assisted extraction of Shuxiong Tablets was investigated by uniform design. Results Some parameters, such as the microwave power, radiation time, and solvent consumption had the interac- tions on the extraction of ferulic acid and hydrosafflower yellow A, the optimal technique parameters of extracting chuanxiong and safflower were 790 W as the microwave power, 30 and 24 min as the extracting time, 1 : 24 and 1 : 22 as the ratios of raw material to solvent, respectively. Conclusion The microwave assisted extraction is found to be convenient and rapid for Shuxiong Tablets with short time and high yield.
