摘要
为了有效解决飞机制造企业快速工艺准备的问题,提出了基于3D-PLM的快速工艺准备技术。分析了飞机制造工艺设计与管理及CAPP技术的应用现状,对飞机制造企业基于3D-PLM的工艺需求和特点进行了分析,提出了基于3D-PLM的快速工艺准备技术体系。
In order to effectively solve the problem of rapid process planning in aircraft manufacturing enterprise, the approach to rapid process planning based on 3D-PLM is put forward. The process design and management as well as the application state of CAPP technology application in aircraft manufacturing enterprise are analyzed. The process characteristics and needs of rapid process planning based on 3D-PLM in aircraft manufacuring enterprise are described in detail. Technological architecture of rapid process planning based on 3D-PLM is presented.
