The red sand rock widely exists in the southern hilly region. Its physical mechanics character is not suitable to use for the roadbed stuffing so as to cause a mass discarded soil and to take the soil from the long distance, which is not favorable for the saving of engineering construction cost and results in the damage to the environment. The article analyzes in detail and stipulates the treatment scheme of red sand rock to make the pre-disintegrated red sand rock meet the technical requirement of roadbed stuffing so as greatly to reduce the engineering construction cost, to protect the environment and to get the better social and economical benefits.
