彩色超声及经阴道多普勒超声对子宫腺肌病及与子宫肌瘤的对比观察 被引量:10

摘要 应用彩色超声及经阴道多普勒超声技术观察65例子宫腺肌病和50例子宫肌瘤的子宫血流特点,发现在腺肌病患者子宫壁病灶内呈星状点状彩色信号且均可探及低流速血流,病灶周围极少探测到规则的血流;而子宫肌瘤肌核内极少探及血流,肌核周边呈间断环绕的条状彩色信号,可探及规则的低流速血流(92%),二者差异有极显著性(P<0.001);子宫动脉血流量(BFV)、搏动指数(PI)和阻力指数(RI)在两组之间差异亦有显著性。结果表明,彩超及经阴道多普勒超声可以作为子宫腺肌病与子宫肌瘤诊断与鉴别诊断的非创伤性且较客观的检查手段。 The uterine blood flow characteristics in 65 patients with adenomyosis and 50 patients with myomas were investigated with color Doppler imaging and trnasvaginal Doppler sonography. The results showed that there were multiple clotted color Doppler signals in the uterine lesions of adenomyosis and the blood flow spectrums with low velocity could be displayed(100%). In contrast with,few flow spectrums could be detected inside the myomas(14%), and at the margin of myomas, irregular flooding arterial signals could be displayed(92%). The differences in Doppler signals between adenomyosis and myomas were statistically significant ( P <0.001). There were also significant differences in the parameters such as flow volume (FV), PI,RI of arteries between the two diseases. It is suggested that color Doppler imaging and transvaginal sonographic can be used as an objective and uninjurious method for thd differential diagnosis of adenomyosis and myoma, and may be expected to provide objective evidences for the treatment selection to adenomyos is and monitoring therapeutic effect.
