智能型正压通气机治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的研究

THE TREATMENT OF OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA SYNDROME BY AUTOMATIC CONTINUOUS POSITIVE AIRWAY PRESSURE

报告３２例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（ｏｂｓｔｒｕｃｔｉｖｅｓｌｅｅｐａｐｎｅａｓｙｎ－ｄｒｏｍｅｓＯＳＡＳ）患者应用智能型正压通气治疗机（ＡＵＴＯＳＥＴ）的治疗效果。３２例中，２例不能耐受ＡＵＴＯＳＥＴ治疗。对３０例能耐受治疗者治疗前后多项睡眠指标进行了分析，发现患者治疗后呼吸暂停指数（ＡＩ）、呼吸紊乱指数（ＲＤＩ）、最低和平均血氧饱和度、鼾声、通气量等均有显著变化，治疗后症状明显改善；治疗效果与病情严重程度无关；呼吸暂停指数与治疗所需压力显著相关。

Thirty two obstructive sleep apnea(OSAS)patients treated by automatic continue positive airway pressure(AUTOSET)are reported.Among the 32 patients,2 can't tolerate AUTOSET treatment.For the other 30 patients who can tolerate AUTOSET treatment well,two sets of data were obtained from diagnosis night and treatment night respectively.Analysis of the data shows that after the treatment,the apnea index(AI),the respiratory disturbance index(RDI),the lowest oxygen saturation,the mean oxygen saturation,the snore index and the ventilation index differ from those before the treatment significantly.The patients' sleep respiration were improved dramatically.Analysis also shows that AUTOSET treatment effect is irrelevant to the severity of OSAS;The pressure for treatment is highly correlative with apnea index(AI).
