The Discussion of Several Problems from Different Angles about Creating the Scientific Community of Graduates in Military College

立足军队院校研究生教育实际,分析科学共同体的内涵和建立研究生科学共同体在研究生培养过程中的重要作用,建立领导体制和完善工作机制、制定学术规划、搭建信息平台以及开展学术训练系列活动,探讨军队院校创建研究生科学共同体。

The intension and its important function of creating a Scientific Community in the process of graduate education are introduced and elaborated in this text. The paper puts forward several proposals in creating Scientific Community of Graduate education to enhance the quality of graduates such as establishing an administrative system and perfecting the work mechanism, making the programming of scholarship, setting up the information platform and promoting a series of scholarship activities etc.
