摘要 福辛普利钠是一种含次膦酸酯基的第三代血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂。本文着重评述了福辛普利钠以及关键中间体(反)-4-环己基-L-脯氨酸的合成方法,提出了易实现工业化制备福辛普利钠的合成工艺路线。 Fosinopril sodium containing phosphiny group was an angiotensin-conversion enzyme inhibitor in the third generation. The synthesis methods of fosinopril sodium and key intermediate (trans)-4-cyclohexyl-L-proline had been reviewed. It was suggested that the route for preparation of fosinopril sodium was easy to realize in- dustrialization.
