摘要 Diels-Alder反应是有机合成中一类很重要的环加成反应,在精细化工,生物制药中有很广泛的应用。溶剂对Diels-Alder反应的反应速率和选择性有很重要的影响。本文综述了传统有机溶剂、水、超临界CO2和离子液体对Diels-Alder反应的影响。 Diels-Alder reaction was one of the most important cyclo-addition reactions in organic synthesis. It had been well used in fine chemistry and bio-pharmaceutical. Solvents played an important role in the rate and the selectivity of the Diels-Alder reaction. The effects of organic solvents, water, supercritical CO2 and ionic liquids on the Diels-Alder reaction were reviewed.
