By conducting a systematic review on adverse drug reaction （ADR） case reports of acarbose, analyzing its adverse drug reactions, safety and interaction with other drug, to pomote the rational use of acarbose. By conducting the post-market research in the mechanism of the ADR and the interaction to take effective risk management plan, which is the emphasis and direction of the research, to provide scientific theoretical basis for the medication safety.
