cN0喉癌择区性颈清扫术与前哨淋巴结活检术

摘要 喉癌颈淋巴结转移是影响患者预后的重要因素，临床上如何处理颈淋巴结至关重要。但一直以来对易发生隐匿性转移临床NO（clinical N0，cN0）喉癌的颈部处理是个难题。本文就目前治疗cN0喉癌颈部的两种主要策略，择区性颈清扫术与前哨淋巴结活检术（sentinel lymph node biospy，SLNB）的研究现状及应用前景做一综述。
