摘要 随着设计师越来越多地在产品中应用功能性和装饰性金属镀层,使用ABS和PC/ABS共混聚合物的电镀应用的比例不断上升。沙伯基础创新塑料推出的Cycoloy* CP8320树脂共混物,具有稳定的粘附力,在注塑成型时流动性高以及排放量低等优点。此外,沙伯基础创新塑料还开发了选择性电镀工艺,该工艺同样使用不可电镀的Xylex X7509树脂以及Cycoloy* CP8320树脂。 When fi,mctional and decorative metal plated applications are gaining in importance as stylists, the percentage of plated applications using ABS and PC/ABS blends has been increasing. Cycoloy^*CP8320 resin offered by SABIC Innovative Plastics possesses best-in-class performance with respect to consistency in adhesion, flowabilty during injection molding and low emissions. Furthermore, SABIC Innovative Plastics has developed a selective plating technique also using its Xylex X7509 resin, which is engineered to be non-platable, in conjunction with the Cycoloy^*CP8320 resin.
