高校艺术类专业毕业生择业焦虑状态与自身特质相关问题的研究

Exploration on Relative Questions of Occupation Anxiety and Self Quality of University Graduates of Art Major

本文选取六所高校艺术类专业824名毕业生为代表,综合调查与分析艺术类专业毕业生的择业焦虑状况。并以此为依据,探讨艺术类专业毕业生择业焦虑引发的主要因素,以及如何有针对性地进行相关择业心理的辅导。进而期望通过该项课题的研究,为开展艺术类专业毕业生的择业指导和心理教育提供有价值的参考建议,并对大学生就业指导有所帮助,更对教育工作者有所启发。

Choosing 824 graduates of art major from 6 universities as examples, this thesis explores and analyzes the occupation anxiety situation of university graduates of art major. Accroding to the result of the research, this thesis discusses the main causes of the occupation anxiety of the graduates of art major, and how to tutor them psychalogically according to their actual situation. In this, this thesis wants to provide valuable reference suggestion on guiding and practicing psychological education to graduates of art major through the research on this subject, and to help guiding university graduates, and inspiring educators.
