电穿孔技术辅助眼内基因治疗
摘要
电穿孔法可将外源基因有效导入靶组织或器官,简单经济,可应用于多种组织器官上,近年来已成为一种新颖的非病毒基因转染体系,应用于眼内疾病基因治疗的研究屡见报道。本文对电穿孔技术辅助基因转染在眼内疾病治疗中的研究进展做一综述。
