阴道后壁网片修补术治疗女性后盆腔缺陷伴顽固性便秘28例分析

Analysis of 28 cases of posterior intra-vaginal repaired with Gynemesh in treating female posterior pelvic floor deficiency accompanied with intractable constipation

目的探讨阴道后壁网片修补术治疗女性后盆腔缺陷伴顽固性便秘的可行性和有效性。方法回顾性分析本院后盆腔缺陷伴顽固性便秘患者行阴道后壁网片修补术28例的临床资料。结果28例患者中术后随访2～13个月,治愈22例,好转6例,总有效率100%。结论对于女性后盆腔缺陷伴顽固性便秘采用后盆腔网片修补术行之有效,创伤小,操作方便,无后遗症及并发症,近期疗效好。

Objective To assess the feasibility and efficiency of posterior intravaginal repaired with Gynemesh in treatment of female posterior pelvic floor deficiency accompanied with intractable constipation. Methods posterior intra- vaginal repaired with mesh operation was performed on 28 cases of posterior pelvic floor deficiency with intractable constipation. Results The 28 female patients were followed up rang from 2 months to 13 months. The feedback of this follow- up research showed that 22 of them were cured and 6 were improved. The total efficient rate was 100%. Conclusion The posterior intra - vaginal repaired with mesh is an efficient, harmless, as well as convenient way to fix female＇s posterior pelvic floor deficiency accompanied with intractable constipation. It has positive shortterm curative effect while has no complications and sequelae.
