近10年改变肺癌临床实践的重要临床研究
摘要
1995年《英国医学杂志》发表的基于个人资料的肺癌化学治疗（化疗）荟萃分析，是肺癌历史上最重要的里程碑式文献之一。这篇文献几乎穷全球数代人近40年的研究，得出关键性的4条信息：①对早期肺癌而言，含铂方案辅助化疗可能有效，5年生存率可提高5％左右，但无统计学差异；②早期肺癌辅助放射治疗（放疗）无效；③局部晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）含铂方案化疗联合放疗优于单独放疗．2年生存率为20％左右；
