放化疗对局部进展期胰腺癌治疗价值的再评估 被引量：5

摘要 胰腺癌发病率位列欧美恶性肿瘤第9位，死亡率居第5位。2008年全球胰腺癌发病率为7．6／10万人，美国新发病例38000例。我国胰腺癌发病也呈逐年增高趋势，据上海市疾病预防控制中心统计，2005年上海居民胰腺癌发病率高达12．9／10万人，为1977年的4．6倍。
