变应性鼻炎患者转录因子GATA-3和细胞间黏附分子-1的表达及其相关性的实验研究

Experimental research on the relationship between GATA-3 and ICAM-1 in patients with allergic rhinitis

目的:探讨变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜组织中转录因子GATA-3和细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的表达及关系。方法:通过逆转录多聚酶链反应(RT-PCR)和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),检测32例变应性鼻炎患者和12例对照鼻黏膜组织中GATA-3和ICAM-1的表达。结果:PCR反应后变应性鼻炎患者和对照鼻黏膜组织中GATA-3相对密度分别为0.632±0.121和0.131±0.024;ICAM-1的含量为(237.5±37.3)pg/mg和(121.7±22.4)pg/mg;GATA-3与ICAM-1的表达呈正相关关系(r=0.812 8,P<0.05)。结论:GATA-3参与了变应性鼻炎病理过程中ICAM-1的过度表达,对变应性鼻炎的发生、发展具有重要的意义。

Objective：To explore the relationship between GATA-3 and ICAM-1 in patients with allergic rhi nitis. Method：The expression of GATA 3 was detected by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction （RTPCR） in 37 patients with allergic rhinitis and 12 controls. ICAM 1 was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Result：The relative density ratio of GATA-3 to GAPDH in AR patients was 0. 632±0. 121. and in control group was 0. 131±0. 024. The concentrations of ICAM-1 were （237.5±37.3） pg/mg and （121.7±22.4） pg/mg in the two groups respectively. The expression of GATA 3 was positively correlated to the expression of ICAM-1 in patients with allergic rhinitis. Conclusion：The overexpression of GATA-3 in patients with allergic rhinitis was related to the increase of ICAM-1. GATA-3 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis.
