A Security Countermeasure for E-Government Based on Internet

为了满足电子政务中信息的机密性、完整性和不可否认性,提出了一种基于Internet的电子政务安全对策,该对策采用PKI系统实现身份认证,采用存储加密及传输加密系统,保证数据的传输和存储安全,采用灾难恢复系统抵御大规模灾难,采用日志水印系统保证日志的完整性和不可抵赖性,采用访问控制策略系统按照不同安全级别对资源访问实施严格的访问控制。

In this paper, to satisfy the confidentiality, integrity and for e-Government based on Internet is presented. The strategy adopts non-repudiation PKI system to of the data in the e-government, a security strategy implement authentication, it adopts storage encryption and transmission encryption system to ensure security of data transmission and storage, it adopts a disaster recovery system to resist the disaster, it adopts watermarking log system to ensure the integrity and non-repudiation of the system log, it adopts access control strategy system to implement strict access control in terms of different security ranks.
