科技成果查新主要问题分析与对策研究

Existing Problems Analysis and Countermeasures on S＆T Novelty Searching

分析了目前我国科技查新工作的现状和面临的问题，如科技查新政策法规的执行度、科技查新机构管理机制、评审专家对成果鉴定、立项申报等项目查新重视程度、科技查新工作的时间性、科技查新文献资源系统、科技查新队伍人员的基本素质等存在的问题，并提出了科技查新工作亟待解决的问题和对策讨论。

In the paper, the current condition and challenges of national science and technology search is analyzed. It is been well probed that problems in existing science and technology search are execution ability of legal of science and technology search, the management strategy for science and technology search, the awareness level of achievement identify, item application by auditors, the temporality of science and technology search, the literature resource system and the people capability who working on science and technology search group. As a result, the paper suggests solution and think process to those high priority problems in science and technology search.
