为确保技术合同的全面履行，当事人可以约定担保。文章对技术合同的定金担保的特点、性质及效力等问题。
In order to be sure to practise technology contract overally,the persons concerned may stipulate a guarantee.The feature,nature and effect of advance payment guarantees for technology contract are analysed and discussed in this paper.
