Innovate Branch-library Mode,Construct Public Library Service Network——Practice and Experience of Xiamen Library

结合厦门市图书馆总分馆建设实践,介绍直管型、托管型、联办型和加盟型等4种分馆建设模式及其优劣,并对总分馆建设实践进行思考,提出推进公共图书馆网络建设要发挥政府的主导作用并遵循因地制宜的原则,提高总馆的辐射功能和社会的公共图书馆意识;并结合分馆建设实践和厦门实际,提出厦门市城市图书馆公共服务体系建设愿景。

This paper summarizes the construction of general and branch library of Xiamen Library, analyses the pros and cons of four models of branch library construction, and discusses the construction of general and branch library. It promotes the playing of government＇ s leading role in the building of public libraries network. The paper also stresses the principle of suiting measure to local conditions, the radiation function of general library and the public library consciousness in the society. It also describes the future of the library public service systems in Xiamen.
