摘要
系统论述数字参考咨询服务的组织机构、组织方式与合作式数字参考咨询服务中的成员与人员组织等内容,介绍国内外图书情报机构为保证参考咨询服务质量而采取的质量控制措施和方法。为保证参考咨询服务质量,实现全球范围内资源合作与共享,提出建立合作组织机构、重视计算机网络技术、组建学科馆员队伍、健全服务质量评估与反馈机制等措施。
This paper systematically expounds on digital consultation service organization mechanism, organization mode and the members and staff management in cooperative digital consultation service, and points out the quality control measures by libraries and information institutes at home and abroad to ensure the quality of consultation service. The author raises some strategies which are establishing cooperative organization, focusing on computer network technology, setting up discipline librarian team, perfecting service quality evaluation and feedback system and so on to ensure consultation service quality and to achieve resource cooperation and sharing worldwide .
