信息构建在政府信息公开中的应用——以政府网站信息公开栏目建设为例

The Application of Information Architecture in Government Information Publicity——Taking the Construction of Information Publicity Column in Government Website as an Example

采用多案例研究方法,选取上海市、北京市以及浙江省政府网站信息公开栏目作为研究对象,运用信息构建的思想对其进行定性分析。认为三者在组织系统、标识系统、导航系统和检索系统方面各有所长,总体上均基本达到使信息更加清晰、更加容易明白的信息构建的目的。研究结果可以为我国政府网站信息公开栏目的建设提供指导和借鉴。

By multiple-case study, this paper takes the information publicity channels in Shanghai, Beijing and Zhejiang government Website as research objects, using the process of information architecture to make qualitative analysis. The three all have their own strong points in organization system, identification system, navigation system and retrieval system, and generally, the study achieves the goal of information architecture that is to make information clear and easy and understandable. The empirical results can provide references for the design of information publicity channel in Chinese government Websites.
