摘要
A survey of the current status and conservation of the Chinese alligator(Alligator sinensis )in the wild was carried out.The distribution are of Chinese alligator in the wild is reduced and its density is much decreased. The result indicated that the Chinese alligator in the wild is critically endangered. Measures for protection of Chinese alligators in the wild are provided by the author. The count status of Chinese alligator in two artificial breeding farms is introduced. Both the two farms are successful in breeding Chinese alligator.
