摘要
论文以南通大学电气工程学院过程控制实验室电加热炉系统为研究对象,开发了一个基于Web的监控系统。即采用网络技术将工业以太网和办公网连接在一起,以Web界面和报表的形式,将现场生产的重要数据实时发布到网页,并在DCS过程控制层采用预测函数控制算法,实现了对加热炉的控制。该系统可以推广应用到工业生产实际,便于管理人员通过浏览器对现场生产情况进行了解,提高对生产过程的决策性和设备管理的经济性。
A Web-based real time monitor control system has been developed and used to monitor the electric heat cooker system of NanTong university Electrical Engineering College control Labor. The system connects the Ethernet and the LAN through the technology of network, some important real-time data can be sent to the interface of Web in forms and can be saved in history database. And the predicttive function control method is successfully adopted in the DCS to control the electric heat cooker, thus manager can observe the field real-time data immediately and plan the manufacture in order to improve the economy.
