摘要
根据植酸酶发酵工艺的要求,开发了由工业控制计算机和可编程控制器构成的监控系统.并阐述了系统的软硬件构成和主要功能。实践证明,系统满足工艺要求,运行安全可靠,并大大减少了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
According to the technologic control requirements for the fermentation process of plant sour enzyme,a supervisory and control system composed of IPC and PLC is developed. The configurations of Hardware and Software as well as major functions of the system are expounded. The practice proves that the technologic requirements are fully met by the system ,the system is safe and reliable. The intensity of labor is reduced and the productive efficiency is increased.
