摘要
本文设计了一套以工业实用为目的的基于双控制器的高压变频装置测控系统硬件结构的总体方案。该系统以工控机和波形卡构成双处理器结构,作为中央控制单元,同时带有多块数据信息的传送转换模块和一块液晶人机面板。设计上充分发挥了工控机和FPGA各自的优势,具有可靠性高、计算速度快、符合实际应用的优点。工控机及其接口的应用设计和测控程序工控机部分的应用设计中,完成了对多串口卡、数据采集卡的选型及性能及使用方法的学习和应用开发。
This thesis designed the main structure of a new monitoring and control system for the purpose of industrial practical. It takes the 2 core structure, based on industrial control computer and waveform card, as the CPU. At the same time, it consists of several transferring modules of data information and one LCD board. It's a reliable, fast, and practical system due to the advantages of the industrial control computer and the FPGA respectively. It studies and develops several pairs of serial ports cards and the data collection cards during the application design of the industrial control computer and the monitoring and control program.
