摘要
粘度本是流体的一个重要的物理特性,但许多化工产品又常以固体的形态出现。材料力学和声学实验表明:弹性模量使粘度与声速之间有一定的关联。基于此设计的超声波固体粘度计可简化粘度测量过程,还具有成本低、体积小、重量轻、测量迅速、非介入生产、不干扰生产工艺、可用性好的特点。该装置已经成功运行在聚酯切片的检验中。
Viscosity is the physics characteristic of liquid. A lot of products appear in solid. The experiments of material mechanics and acoustics indicate that viscosity relates to sonic velocity via elasticity. Ultrasonic solid viscosity sensor based on the experiments can not only predigest the viscosity measuring process, but also possess the characteristics of lower cost, littler volume and weight, faster measuring, non-interference producing process, easier using and so forth. The sensor has been used successfully on the inspection of polyester chip.
