Keeping postural balance is the basic requirement for a person in any state. The senses of space and balance are got from vision system, ontology System and vestibular system. The information of these senses is collected in central nervous system, then various aspects of information analyzed by central nervous system determine the azimuth and attitudes. That how to synthesize the information in order to keep balance of human body is a significant study in biomedicine. The paper adopted virtual reality technology to set up a feasible balance assessment system. Meanwhile, and elucidated the weight ratios of the information got from each sense system by using different models and strategies.
