摘要
目的:目前消除脑血流信号中基线漂移的很多方法在实际测量过程中很难取得理想的滤波效果。本文提出了一种基于三次样条插值技术消除基线漂移的方法。方法:首先检测出脑血流信号中的特征点,然后根据检测出来的特征点利用三次样条插值技术拟合出漂移的基线,再把原始的脑血流信号与拟合的漂移基线相减,就能得到比较平稳的脑血流信号。结果:在LabVIEW软件开发平台中实现了去基线漂移处理,也进行了仿真实验和临床测试,都取得了较理想的效果。结论:这种基线消除方法效果好、速度快、易于实现,它在有嵌入式微处理器和对实时性要求较高的脑电监护仪器中具有很高的应用价值,在其它的信号检测仪中也可应用。
AIM At present it is very difficult for us to obtain ideal effect using many methods to remove baseline drift in cerebral blood flow signal in the process of actual measurement. In this paper a method to remove baseline drift in cerebral blood 'flow signal based on cubic spline interpolation technique is put forward. METHODS firstly we detect all characteristic points in the original signal, secondly basd, t on the theory of cubic spline interpolation we fit the drifting baseline according to the characteristic points, finally we subtract the drifting baseline froln the original signal to get quite stable cerebral blood flow signal. RESULTS We have done some simulation -experiments and lots of clinical tests, and we correct perfectly the baseline drift in LabVIEW software program. CONCLUSION Once the method to remove baseline drift is put in practice, its effect is good and its speed is fast, and it is easy to carry out .It has great application in brain wave monitors with embedded CPU and real time character, and also it is applied in other signal detectors.
