基于混沌的超声波管道泄漏检测系统研究 被引量:3

摘要 管道的泄漏检测是保障管道安全运行的重要技术,而管道信号的特征提取是管道泄漏检测系统中重要的组成部分。由于信号处理工作难度较大,并且泄漏判断的误报警率较高,本文提出利用混沌理论的超声波检测方法对管道信号进行特征提取,根据特征量的变化判断泄漏,对实际信号进行了处理并验证了该方法的可行性。 Leak detection in pipelines was important for safe operation of pipelines. Distilling this leak characterization data was one important part of leak detection system in pipe transportation.Due to the system must perform a considerable amount of signal processing in order to achieve reasonable security and dependability.There was a high false alarm rate in existing system, this paper introduced a new leak detection ultrasonic method based on chaos algorithm.Utilizing the advantages of chaos algorithm.this method was effective to distinguish oil leaks from pipeline noise.The experimental results are provided to show the feasibility of the proposed method
