摘要
为了完成直接数字频率合成技术的任意波形发生器的动态存储器的设计,文章采用了K4S641632B-TC75芯片,用S-AMP负责实现放大/驱动,解决了存储单元中的电容容量很小的问题,保证了其有效的识别性,使一个存储体对应一个S-AMP通道,最终完成了SDRAM的读写操作、刷新操作和初始化。
In order to finish the design of Dynamic Storages of Digital Frequency Synthesis, the corn of K4S641632B-TC75 was adopted,and S-AMP was used to blowing up drive. The matter of little capacitance in memory unit is solved, the effective recognition is ensured, one unit and the S-AMP passage corresponding. At last, the reading and writing and refurbishing operating and initialization are accomplished.
