摘要
大型化工企业普遍采用冷却水循环技术,但循环冷却水同时带来设备的结垢与腐蚀问题。建立循环冷却水动态模拟装置是评估水质、药剂的直接手段。本文设计了基于单片机控制系统的循环水动态模拟装置。系统采用89C52单片机作为微控制器,A/D转换器采用ADC0809,选用了8279组成键盘/显示模块,可以实时数据键入和数据显示。实现了自动评估水质和给药。结构化的硬件设计方法以及模块化的软件设计法使得系统具有较好的通用性和可扩展性。
Circulating cooling water technology was commonly used in some large chemical enterprises. The circulating cooling water also brought equipment dirty and corrosion problems. The direct way to evaluate water quality and water treatments agent was to establish circulating cooling water dynamic test device controlled by computer. The development and application of single-chip microprocessor have made a great change in many fields of modern industrial detect and control. Because of the small scale, low price and high efficiency of single chip microprocessor, it is widely used in home appliances and industrial control. The design of the mea- surement and control system of circulating water dynamic simulation device based on single chip microprocessor is introduced in this paper. An 8051 single-chip microcomputer is chosen as the microcontroller and .ADC0809 is chosen as the A/D converters. In order to real-time data input and display, 8279 is selected as the keyboard / display module. The structured design of hardware and the modular design of software have good versatility and expansibility.
