摘要
本文设计了一种以DSP为核心的磁流变阀流量控制系统,介绍了系统的硬件和软件结构、功能和具体的实施方法。通过DSP与计算机通讯,实现远距离的自动控制。电流源驱动磁流变阀提高了瞬态响应速度。由于磁流变阀的非线性,采用模糊控制,并利用DSP的PWM模块输出控制波形,通过调节PWM波形的占空比实现了对磁流变阀流量的快速有效控制。控制系统经使用效果良好。
This paper designed a kind of magnetorheological valve(MR valve) control system based on DSP( digital signal processor). In the paper, the structure and function of the hardware and the software of the system were introduced in detail. It realized remote control by communication of DSP and computer. MR valve adopt a current driver to improve the ability of transient response. System adopt fuzzy control because of the non-linear trait of MR valve, and exported PWM waveform from the PWM passage of DSP, and realized quick and effective control by regulating Duty cycle of PWM waveform.
