电子病历管理系统的设计与实现

Design and realization on management system of electronic medical record

采用数字签名技术、加密技术、时间戳技术、散列函数和角色访问控制等安全技术,结合ASP技术和Microsoft Access数据库进行设计和实现一个电子病历管理系统。该系统实现了病历内容的机密性、完整性、不可否认性和认证性等安全特性,具有病人网上注册、挂号、查看病历、医生网上书写病历及签名、病历加密等功能。

This paper successfully accomplishes the task of designing and implementing electronic medical records management system which is based on ASP technology and Microsoft Access database. In the process, some information security technologies are used： such as digital signature technology, encryption technology, time-stamping, the hash function and role of the security access control technology. The system achieves the all kinds of security, such as： confidentiality, integrality non-deniability and the ability to authenticate. It enables patients to do online registration, management and record check, and make it possible for doctors to write medical records, encrypt the medical records online, and thus are featured with user-friendliness as well as security.
