摘要
本文介绍具有刀具切削轨迹动态显示的数控车床自动编程系统。它用形体输入法可在现场极迅速地输入零件的全部信息,建立起相应的格式化数据文件,在动态显示和编程模块支持下,系统调用刀库中的不同刀具进行切削仿真,并打印出以FAUNC-3T/A 为蓝本的数控加工指令。
The article introduced an automatic pro- framing system of NC Lathe with dynamic displaying the cutting trace,Using the shape input method,all the part messages can be rapidly input on the spot and a rele- vant formatted data file can be set up.Supported by dy- namic display and program- ing module,the system can select cutting tools from the toolhouse to profile,and can print the NC pro- cessing instructions which originate from FAUNC- 3T/A.
