摘要
农村留守儿童的教育一直是媒体和学术界关注的热点问题,一般认为留守会给儿童教育带来负面影响。本研究通过对安徽省安庆市484名初中学生的调查分析,对此进行了实证研究。研究结果显示,学生的年龄和父母的年龄和受教育年限,对学生的成绩排名影响非常显著,而是否留守对学习成绩没有影响。对此的解释是,父母对子女智力水平的遗传因素是造成学习成绩差异的主要因素。相关政策建议是,应该加强农村基础教育,提升农村教育整体教育水平。
Media and academic circle have paid much attention to the education of the rural children who stay at home while their parents going out for earning a living. It's generally held that staying at home while their parents going out will have negative impacts on their education. The paper conducts an empirical study on 484 students in Anqing city, AnHui province. The main conclusions are as follow: first, the age of the students and schooling years of their parents significantly influence their academic achievement; second, staying at home while their parents going is not a significant factor on their achievement. The paper holds that the genetic factor is the major one to the disparity of their academic performance. Finally, it's suggested that the policy should strengthen the rural basic education and to improve the overall level of education in rural areas.
