国产阿齐霉素治疗细菌感染的研究

CLINICAL STUDY OF LOCAL MADE AZITHROMYCIN (AZI) IN THE TREATMENT OF BACTERIAL INFECTIONS

２０７例细菌性感染疾病患者，其中１０７例用国产阿齐霉素片治疗与１００例用进口阿齐霉素胶囊治疗进行随机对照观察，结果两组痊愈率分别为５２．３４％和６３％，有效率各为９３．４６％和９２％，两组临床症状、体征消退时间相似，二组细菌清除率分别为９６．４３％和９４％，二组不良反应发生率少而轻微，分别为１．８７％和１％，上述结果表明国产阿齐霉素片治疗细菌性感染与进口阿齐霉素同样安全有效。

A randomized comparative study was carried out in 207 patients with bacterial infections,107 of whom were treated with local made AZI and 100 patients were treated with import AZI (made in Pliva),Results showed that the cure rate,total effective rate and bacterial elimination rate were 52.34%,93.46%,96.43% for the A group and 63%,92%,94% for the B group. No significant difference were found. The recovery time of symptoms and signs in patients were similar between the two groups. The side effective for the two groups was 1.87% and 1%. The results showed that the local made AZI is as effective and safe as the import AZI for the treatment of bacterial infections caused by susceptible pathogens.
