摘要
文章从挤占挪用社会保险基金事件出发,阐释了我国社会保险立法的现况,提出应借鉴国际立法经验,加快我国的社会保险立法进程,以弥补社会保险立法的缺陷和不足。
The embezzlement of social insurance fund is taken as the starting point. The situation of Chinese legislation for social insurance is analyzed. It is proposed that the promotion of legislation process calls for international experience as reference.
